Majestic Conference & Banqueting Centre is a mehndi and henna party venue in Aston, Birmingham, with a large, flexible hall that suits both intimate family gatherings and big celebrations. We sit beside Villa Park, around 10 minutes by car or bus from Birmingham city centre.

A mehndi night needs room for henna seating, stage moments, dancing and dining all at once. Our enormous arena can be adjusted for different group sizes and partitioned to create separate seating areas, so henna artists, family tables and the dance floor each get their own space.

The hall is draped in elegant black marquee fabric and lit by a state-of-the-art lighting system, with imported chandeliers adding glamour. Brightness and colour can be tailored to your theme, whether you want vibrant yellows and greens or something softer.

Is Majestic big enough for a large mehndi?

The building is 20,000 sq ft and can seat up to 1,400 guests in a theatre-style layout, so large guest lists are well catered for. Families have also trusted us with weddings of 750 guests.

What is included?

We have our own bespoke china dishes, cutlery, chairs, tables and audio-visual equipment, so you don’t need to hire the essentials separately. That keeps planning simple for the family organising the event.

Where is the venue and is there parking?

You’ll find us at 208-216 Witton Lane, Aston, Birmingham B6 6QE, close to the main motorways. Our large car park holds more than 300 cars and has a wide entrance, which helps when many guests arrive at once.
